Delta Gold Corp. Announces Supplemental Listing of Warrants
The Warrants were issued in connection with the Company's Qualifying Transaction which completed on February 13, 2013. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.17 per share and will expire on September 14, 2017. The Warrants are governed by the terms of a Warrant Indenture dated February 13, 2013 and Supplemental Warrant Indenture dated April 2, 2013 between the Company and Olympia Trust Company, copies of which are available under the Company's profile at www.sedar.com.
