Red Tiger Announces Stoppage of Mining and Stacking Operations
TORONTO, March 25, 2013 /CNW/ - Red Tiger Mining Inc., (TSXV-RMN), (the "Company") announces that the ejido of San Antonio de la Huerta (i.e., local land owners) caused an illegal stoppage of the mining and crushing/stacking operations at Luz del Cobre. The plant continues to operate and copper cathodes are being produced as the flows of PLS to the plant and of raffinate to the leach pad are continuing.
The Company is working with the local authorities, the Association of Miners of Sonora, the Chamber of Mines in Mexico City, and others, to bring a prompt resolution of this matter.
