Frontline Gold Corporation Announces Stock Option Grant
TORONTO, ONTARIO- - (Marketwire - March 19, 2013) - Frontline Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:FGC) ("Frontline" or the "Company") announces that it has granted 2,650,000 incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers, employees and consultants pursuant to Frontline's rolling incentive stock option plan. 2,450,000 of the stock options are exercisable immediately for a period of three years at $0.10 per share. 200,000 of these Options were granted to investor relations consultants of the Company, vesting one third on a quarterly basis. The foregoing grant of Options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, and where applicable the availability of statutory exemptions under Canadian and US securities laws.
