  • Antofagasta Investment Company Limited completes acquisition of Duluth Metals Ltd.
    Duluth Metals is pleased to announce that it has completed its previously announced proposed arrangement with Antofagasta Investment Company. Under the Arrangement, Antofagasta has acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Duluth at a price of CDN$0.45 per Duluth Share in cash. The Duluth Shares are expected to be de-listed from the Toronto Stock Exchange as soon as practicable.
